Consultancy on National and International Social Security for Firms and Employees

The professionals of the Firm provide consultancy services to the personnel of companies on mandatory social security matters, assist companies in defining and optimizing their social security burden and manage the relationships with the appropriate social security authorities. The assistance also concerns complementary pension schemes in each phase relating to the participation to the pension fund (contribution, yield, anticipation, redemption and payment of the pension services), by offering support in the following areas of activity:

• Definition of the compensation package aimed at optimizing the contribution cost

• Management of the relationships with the social security authorities
